01What we collect

When you send us an enquiry through the contact form, we receive the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, and optionally your job title, organization, sector, phone number, area of interest and message.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data needed to deliver pages securely, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use this only to operate and protect the site.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

02How we use it

We use your enquiry details only to respond to you, to discuss the services you asked about, and to keep a record of our correspondence.

We use technical data to keep the website available and secure, for example to block abuse and spam.

We never sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

03Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that help us run the website and handle enquiries — our hosting provider and our email delivery provider — under terms that require them to protect it and use it only on our instructions.

We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.

04How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting business relationship, and then delete it unless we are legally required to retain it. Technical logs are kept only for a short period.

The site is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS) with modern security headers. Access to enquiries is restricted to the staff who need it, and we apply the same security discipline we bring to our clients’ environments.

06Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including Jordan’s Personal Data Protection Law, you may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the email below and we will respond promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
